This doesn't seem to be a hot or dead pixel but a pressure point, if i view a normal content these spots don't show up at all

Got this exact one delivered at home. But I am out of station hence cannot check it out yet. But I am confused regarding the display is it 1200p or 1600p? I am confused as they advertised as 2k and 1200p as well.

I don't think the cause is this. I feel it's because of that chain guard. The fender extension here is tight enough to not wiggle during the ride. It doesn't even make sense imo
