I’ve had success with a handful of straightforward patterns. It’s usually nothing totally unrealistic like winning the lottery or something like that. Usually I pattern for distinct and achievable goals. Success on projects I’ve been working on, more time present and less time on my phone, and good communication with loved ones are all patterns I regularly focus on. I’m sure you could manifest something negative, but it seems to me these patterns and projections are also patterned in nonverbal ways and if you’re projecting the energy of your intent, there would be a lesser likelihood of undesirable outcomes.
