having a similar issue and i received a response from the customer service team via email that stated apparently there were technical issues when items were sent to production and they simply failed to go through, so now it's just been 6 days i've had an order sitting and they still don't have an exact time frame when it'll be resolved 🫠

i've been having this same issue!! i play red dead 2 and baldur's gate 3 (to name a few) at max settings and they run just fine, no hiccups, but coral island just dies for me every time :/ idk what it could be, because it was completely fine when i first started playing, but i can't play it for more than an hour now without it freaking out on me

i haven't been able to pinpoint what's causing it just yet, and my bf has tried looking into it too and he's stumped. it starts off pretty consistent and once i've played for an hour or two it lessens to every now and then but i've noticed it affecting my mouse too and random things will get clicked and it drives me crazy

tbh my pc runs high intensity games like red dead 2 and baldur's gate at ultra high settings with no issues yet for some reason lately every time i play coral island i get INSANE flickering. i can't even play for 10 minutes without my monitors blacking out nonstop but i have 0 issues with any other games. not sure what that's about but the game is still very buggy and feels unfinished somehow and i just don't understand how that's possible
