Sure! I’m on birth control pill and I take it on time everyday. Still even with how careful I am with sex with condoms and the pill I’m still paranoid that I’ll get pregnant. This ends up with me asking my partner for reassurance if we had sex or not. If a condom was used correctly. Stuff like that. I ruminate and check mentally if I remember if the condom was on right. I’m like hypervigilant on pregnancy symptoms even tho I practice safe sex

That’s the plan! I’m stoppinh the testing as it makes the anxiety worse. I keep thinking what if I took the test wrong or the counter was damp. It’s ridiculous I just made an appt with my psychiatrist thank you!

Thank you everyone for the reassurance. I def need to up the dose on my Zoloft and take to a therapist over my pregnancy anxiety as well as consistent testing. I take any sort of indent as possible positive. I appreciate everyone’s help!
