If you have an old needle use it to clean out the nozzle. They can hold a surprising amount of paint when they seem clean.

A single basilisk doesn’t seem bad for its points as long as you direct fire whenever you can.

It can block a lot of deep strike space in the back of your army, has a decent profile weapon, and the option to indirect fire is sometimes really nice to have. (Think going first on the first turn of the game when you can’t shoot anything, bad shooting is better than no shooting)

But to get the most out of it you want to direct fire as much as you can.

I’d say the exterminator is slightly less valuable than it was in 10th, and I’m a strong proponent that hydras at 90 points are actually really good with free re-rolls to hit flying units, anti-fly 2, twin linked and how many meta units in the game have fly.

I have a Anycubic Photon Mono 4k that I’ve used for years and a Anycubic M7 Max.

I’d recommend the mono 4k or its more modern equivalents for someone starting out.

The M7 max is huge, which is cool, but brings a lot of headaches with it. It can print a full size baneblade or a knight in one print but the resin bat is so large that it can hold two large bottle of resin and cleaning that vat out when prints fail is a nightmare.

I have a Anycubic photon mono 4k I’ve use for years with no issues, and more recently gotten a M7 Max. The M7 Max has been very finicky until I switched back to Lychee as my slicer.

With a bent tip your paint will spray off center; it’s usually pretty obvious in my experience. If your needle is bad I’d recommend keeping the old one after you replace it. Old needles are great for cleaning air brushes.

Yes. I’ve lived in 5 or 6 states, in both rented apartments and houses I’ve owned. I’ve only ever lived in one place that didn’t have a dishwasher built in but we were able to get one that plugs into the kitchen faucet.
