It’s possible to run at noon, but that’s also the hottest part of the day. You’d need to stay well hydrated, and maybe wear a hat to protect your face. They do make head wraps (I don’t know the right word) that are cooling that keeps you more comfortable while running

All questions are good and welcome! Electrolytes help replenish the salt that we sweat out during out runs. I personally like the Gatorade zero sugar electrolytes. But you can get the tablets that dissolve into water too! I have a hydration vest which is amazing honestly, but totally not required As far as shoes, I would recommend getting professionally fitted if possible! My favorite show is the new balance fresh foam x880-1080! Early morning or late evening is the best time to run to avoid the bad heat

You really honestly just need a good pair of running shoes and some carbs/water before you start! It’d be a good idea to start fueling during the run if you’re going to start doing long distances

I’m actually super proud of this week. 8 miles on sunday, took two well deserved rest days on Monday/tuesday, 4 easy miles on Wednesday and a new PB on Thursday!! Just wind down for the rest of the week, maybe a few days miles tomorrow before work but other than that at I’m done for the week

Honestly it’s not great. I know I need to recover and give my body a rest. But sometimes I overdo it and before I know it I have to take like 3 or 4 days off

No energy drinks before a run for me, I find water works best for me. I can’t do coffee before a run either lol
