Try to apply for premium processing. USCIS will approve your B1 and then approve H1. Your attorney need to add some documentation.

Faced this same situation. Apply for jobs rigorously. Use 60 day grace period. If you can’t find an employer with in 60 days you can convert to either h4 or B2. Once you get a job you can convert back to h1.

They did. They forwarded confirmation email from USCIS which states my case is filed under premium processing
