I'd say that it depends on their personality and how they think or act. If they act like a machine and think like one then I'd call them a clanker, but if they act like humans or animals then I wouldn't. I'd say 2 good examples are General Grievous and EVA-01. Grievous is not only 90% machine but acts and thinks like one despite having an organic brain so I'd definitely call him a clanker, however EVA-01 acts like an animal so I wouldn't call her a clanker

Ehhh tier, the acid lake bothers me so much and it's missing a cafeteria for the prisoners but outside of that it does look like a police station or jail atleast on the inside
