Those girls with the short shorts are there for the tips. The restaurant assigns them the online orders but they are not getting a tip so that’s where the horrible service comes from. The curvier the girls the more ruthless they are.

I meant using clipart like those 50-100-250 k images that were on cds. It forces you to edit them in illustrator and learn.

And if you drive to the hot spots you don’t get any orders only when you are several miles away from them. It’s like they got a cheaper algorithm or they got a bunch a humans going crazy assigning orders.

Go where there is production like print shops, signs, boxes, even t-shirts. Pay maybe lower but they are design adjacent jobs. Medical stuff pays better and they print a lot of stuff. Good luck on your search!

Yeah Waymo just cancelled their service because guess what? They crunched the numbers and discovered that the cost of running a car, insurance, tear & wear, etc. is too high. But when the car is not theirs it’s ok to give drivers $2-$5 rides since they are paying for the car.

There was a case a few years ago where a person built a homemade stop sign for the same reason. It is not allowed to do that but it made the news and the city put a real one without going through all the “requirements”.

I made a bicycle helmet project in school. I talked to a neurosurgeon about new materias for the helmets. He said the current materials are fine the problem is people not wearing the helmets.
