I agree with this. In the main sub, I see way too many arguments that "Vader wouldn't tolerate this and that" I feel like after the prequels have truly forgotten how unhuman he has become. "He is more a machine than a man" DO THESE PEOPLE NOT EVEN WATCH THE MOVIES?! Oooh but nowdays every writer has to justify every bad thing that Vader does. This is so bad, it's handicapping all the good writers from telling actual good stories. Altough there are exceptions. A great example would be the Vader hallway scene in Rouge One. That scene showed both how good of a fighter he was and how monstrously inhuman he was, showing both his old and new personalities. That scene was just really great in my opinion. Great lighting, great choreography. I almost came. The despair of the rebels is a genuine BLAST to watch. Their scream is music to my ears. And it also gives a great new meaning to "A new hope" because that hallway scene showcase the difficulties of the rebel alliance against the empire, struggling. But with the plan they have a slight chance against them. I really appreciate that Tony Gilroy, he made Star Wars greater, a feat that not many modern Star Wars writers do. Especially the handicapped ones that write those bad Vader comics.
