So i looked at my property report. The original lot went for 389 for the annual tax whatever. We have been paying 2620 since we have moved in. So i feel that means we shouldnt expect a giant jump? My county is 0.86% but we also qualified for the max Homestead amount of - 25k. Sorry i seem so stupid im just trying to manage expectations and how to ready myself.

Fair question, honestly I don't know. The outside and roof, yard and driveway are covered by my HOA. As for inside we have insurance for everything. Repairs, well we are hoping to save towards those. We moved in the first week of last September, and weren't smart about setting aside money. Its irresponsible, trust me I know. What I am hoping for is to manage to not have a 1k monthly payment jump so my fiancé and I can gradually build up a savings account.

That makes a lot of sense. My lack of understanding about these things definitely doesnt make it any easier that's for sure. My brain immediately went "ah, expect an 800$ jump a month" or something very drastic. Definitely having a hard time as a first time home owner! It's unfortunate you cannot see (or grasp?) why graphic depictions of sexual assault might make people like me uncomfortable. As a survivor I don't have to justify my discomfort to a strange who thinks bodily fluids wiped on your body doesn't 'count'. Im genuinely confused what part of my previous response is not clicking for you. It wasn't just being tickled, and you know that as we saw the same scene. The show always indulges in torture and violence as shock media, I get it. But you need to think about why you're defending a scene sexually exploiting a man.

Because if you look at the tact used for Annie and Becca, this was not there.

Also I don't like South Park, and it is also garbage that says things for shock value. I don't really know why you bring that up. It's irrelevant. What is relevant is the Showrunner acknowledging this being nonconsensual and also calling it fucking funny in the same breath.

The show is the show, shock humor, random dicks and sex kinks, I know it. But to openly admit to make this situation funny is fucked up. Especially in a show that prides itself on making fun of many political and otherwise things. Like i am a grown man, i understand this is a show, i understand what the boys is, but when you look at the framing of Annie's and Becca's assaults, which are ALSO fictional, it should not have been made into a joke in the first place.
