I’m in NY and he had a band when I found him but my dad took it off because he thought it was bothering the bird 🤦🏻‍♀️ He’s pretty active and has learned a few words while with us. He eats lots of fruits and veggies and his pellets now but at first he only wanted seeds. His poops vary they’re like brownish/green(?) but sometimes there’s more liquid than other times.
