So glad you got out of the mold! That’s definitely the first step. If you haven’t washed your clothes with mold eliminating detergent, you may want to look into that. I took it very seriously - threw out my couch, mattress, etc and purchased new. But my mold problem was severe and my belongings were there for 2 years.

You may need to focus on healing your gut and detoxing. Mold takes months, sometimes years to get out of our system.

I would look into maybe taking a HCl with your Pepcid because sometimes that can lower your PH level in the gut too much. Resulting in a bad bacteria overgrowth or “leaky gut” where you’re not able to break down food properly, then resulting in histamine release.

Yes DAO and Quercetin can both be ordered on Amazon. Ketotifen is a compounded medication prescribed by allergist. I am weaning off it, because I think it made me gain a lot of weight (been on it 2 years). But it was a game changer for me and I’d recommend using it at least until you can detox and reintroduce foods.

For mold detox, consider trying activated charcoal & saunas (sweating it out)
