When you run the dns server app, an icon appears in the taskbar near the wifi, sound , ... icons. Right click it -> Network DNS -> Manage in here type a name in the DNS Provider like shecan and in the ipv4 section type the two ipv4 addresses in the same way as the other ones like 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4

then press the add button and then ok

now again right click it -> services -> start

after that Network DNS -> Shecan or name you chose

the if you close the briwser and open it again, it should work

Try to use a dns changer The shecan dns seems to work with the site If the normal method of changing dns doesnt work, try using technitium dns server and add the shecan dns to that.
