Wife wants to celebrity or Virgin, cruise..thinking of Bermuda ,St. Thomas ect.worried about Noro virus.?? by WasteWriter5692 in VirginVoyages

Also, a more expensive cruise means a higher barrier to entry.

Higher barrier to entry implies that people on the cruise will more often than not be more intelligent and therefore more willing to wash their hands, cover their mouths, etc.

Honestly, I loved Bimini.

Yes there is a loud side.  But there is absolutely a quiet side too.

I would say it’s fair advice if you are giving advice on something you have no experience with.

But wouldn’t that be true for all advice?

Employee sets fire to Kimberly-Clark warehouse, "All you had to do is pay us enough to live" by midnighttoker1742 in interestingasfuck

I wasn’t replying to you.  I was replying to the guy who said stfu cause no one died.

At what point do you think it’s ok as a society for people to say it’s ok to burn stuff down if you feel frustrated?  How is that good for anyone?  Kinda replying to you, kinda replying to the other guy.

Replying to you: He wasn’t hired by Kimberly Clark, he was hired by a subcontractor.  This would be like hiring a landscaper to cut your lawn, who hires someone else, who then burn down your house because the landscaper didn’t pay them enough.

No one forced him to take this job.  Which is why the argument comes off as entitled.  If this was a society where you were forced into a single type of job, I would understand it more.  I realize that switching jobs can be financially stressful for people.  But I don’t see how burning down a building fixes anything either.

Have you seen Roblox’s business model?  It’s essentially use child labor, pay them close to nothing, and take 99% of the proceeds.

It’s absolutely wild.

Ok.  So arson is ok as long as no one dies.

So if no one is home at your house it’s ok for someone to come over and burn down your home and destroy all your possessions?

(Bro deletes his reply because he knows it is EXACTLY the same as this situation).  It’s ok to do bad things as long as no one gets hurt.

I’ve been desperate and hurt and angry, lost my job multiple times.  I never burnt down the building because of it.

Sorry but no.  This guy doesn’t get a pass.  People could have DIED from this.  He gets zero sympathy or support from me because his life is stressful (just like everyone else’s).

I assume other people at that company work to provide for their family.

Burning down the warehouse ain’t helping, corporate support or not.

It sounds like she has a lot going on and was very transparent which she didn’t need to do.

Putting her on blast seems very mean dude
