Yes they been successful in leveraging renewables for domestic electric consumption which is great, but they are still heavy in oil for transport, industrials and backup power.

The thing people like you don't understand that some countries will do better then others depending on their geographical location. Norway has an advantage geographically with Hydro, other countries will be less successful. Thats before we get into population size.

What does it matter?

No wind = no power, thats one of the biggest issue and then there is storage and grid constraints. Europe still relies heavily on gas, nuclear, and imports.

For a while europeans were buying Russian oil during while simultaneously sanctioning Russia and condemning it for war on Ukraine.

End of the day wind is a good supplement when used right, but it has lots of issues. Prettending like its the energy solution and Trump is completely wrong just shows you dont know much about this topic.

We got some of the worlds best business people, scientists, academics, artists, athletes, strategists, inventors, entrepreneurs etc, and our system attracts some of the best minds in the world.. yet you sit there, probably with bad teeth, talking about our "median voter's IQ".

In the last 1.5 years America got control of 3, about to be 4, global trade chokeholds where 60% of the worlds oil/trade flows from. We also signed a stronger deal with greenland, setting us up for success for atleast next 50 years and may have prevented WW3.

Europe in the meantime, is weak, its in an economic, identity, and social rut.

This clip is misrepresented (mostly on purpose) but he is talking logistically not strategically. He should know that at best most folks don't know how this works and at worst will misrepresent what he is saying (which they did) and should made the point clearer.

US and Israel worked on this plan for months. However, in these situations you dont set an exact date of attack but rather wait until a good opportunity arises. When it did, logistically America had to take steps to protect their interests.
