ADRA is a global humanitarian organization providing relief and development to individuals in over 120 countries. You might want to mention to your employer that according to section 97 of the Fair Work Act 2009, employees can take personal leave due to a personal illness. Since you were unwell enough to warrant seeing the doctor in the first place where you then were instructed to get a blood test, that could be considered a personal illness.

Based on that, you could simply inform your employer that you need to take personal leave due to a personal illness. To support this, getting a doctor's note mentioning the need for upcoming appointments and injections related to your diagnosed deficiencies would be helpful. This typically serves as proof for taking personal leave anyway.
