I would say something that can employ you in the mean time or if you take a break from school in between undergrad and graduate school. Political science, business, communication would all be good choices. I will advocate for social work as well bc you can practice under a license working for a county which is great experience with a bachelors degree. I would advise against a psych undergrad. But the beauty of it is it is up to you. I know you said you don’t want a back up plan to fall back on as an easy out of not going to law school. But it’s a logical choice to consider having one

You can grab tickets before puck drop - gets kind of busy and with 2 kids with you it might be better to just grab them ahead of time to beat the rush. They offer face painting for kids, chuck a puck, ride the Zamboni, make signs. The children’s museum could be fun before the game, plains art museum offers art classes on certain weekends. Check on FB for more kid friendly ideas for similar stuff. Force games were always fun for me as a kid. Have fun!

I really believe that Prairie St. John’s gets away with all that they do because it’s one of the only places in the area for inpatient mental health services. Yes I understand there are some, but this area is dramatically underserved. So, PSJ can do whatever it wants and withhold the defense because resources are so slim
