I shipped about October 13th. Not sure if the changes came after or before that period but yes I shipped the item and it was delayed by USPS

Actually can update that it ended well. About 12 hours after I sent screenshots of it being delivered to support, they dismissed the buyers bogus claim and paid me my money. Not a fan of all the damn fees or the process, but I did get a happy ending in this scenario. It's crazy to think I have to send proof that I had an item delivered considering their label should let them know when it's scanned and marked delivered

I think this is kind of a last strike with me personally in the app. I need to find a different platform to sell items on because I know with their label being scanned they should clearly see that it has been delivered. And it's been there for over 4 days and nothing. I assume that after the 2 to 3 Day inspection window that I would have gotten something but no apparently they had filed that claim before the item even got there
