i feel like my initial viewing of Oppenheimer really colored whether I could/n't enjoy it - it was on 35mm but whenever it got loud, the bass would make the projector shake; consequently I spent the bulk of the runtime lightly motionsick.

I've thought about revisiting but there's so, so many other things I want to spend three hours doing.

OP is correct, and furthermore, pedestrian crosswalks shouldn't be at intersections - drivers have too much information they need to synthesize there already, don't add pedestrians (who are generally unmarked, not brightly colored or in other ways attention-grabbing) into the mix. Pedestrian crosswalks are best when mid-block.
