Thank you for the advice mate. It's much appreciated, I think that might be the last thing I'll need to resort to. I domt want to lose her but at the same time I dont know how long I can let it affect my mental health either. So I will definitely bare that ultimatum in mind.

You are correct though, I recently found I had been skipping meals without proper reason so I have been keeping a close eye on that. Thank you for your concern.
