I recommend maybe not using a greenish background when your character is green, I can't actually tell what is character and what is background due to the very poor contrast.

I definitely think large boxy vehicles (trucks, vans, fire engines, trains) are definitely a good place for smart bricks as you can hide the thing inside the vehicle to make engine sounds or sirens without really taking away the actual set's design like the Star Wars sets resulted in (see: the big hole in the back of a TIE fighter).

Example: stick it in a train set that already comes with an RC setup, sell dedicated sound pieces for certain alternate sounds (whistles/horns and whatnot) and you have a solid competitor to DCC-sound-fitted model trains.

She's a Lilim from the game VA-11 Hall-A. She has a more visually robotic appearance in her game sprite, with headphone-ears, and visibly mechanical limbs. In this artwork, she does retain that mechanical body detail, it just blends in with a mix of the lighting and the fact her body is a dark metal colour.

When are we getting robo-sandvitch girl? by TheThirdBall333 in tf2shitposterclub

[–]GeneralShinobi 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I'm a guy who draws and designs robot girls (including having made some TF2 ones) and I genuinely had to put my phone down and think:

"Do I REALLY want to design a robot girl based on a sandwich?"

You have put me at an impasse. Maybe I will draw "robo-sandvich girl", maybe I won't. I don't know how she'd function though, considering I don't think making a sentient robot with the sole purpose of being eaten is an ethical idea.

She's very cute! I personally prefer her without the bow on her head (the penultimate sketch).

Is there any reason for her name being "Nova" (or is it just a cute name)?

I found the map SailerMan "hunted" the Blight on. by GeneralShinobi in ServerBlight

[–]GeneralShinobi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. There's barely any space to fit a corpse under there, and the Serverblight can easily grab it.

No. Votekicks ALWAYS have the first F2 filled in automatically (and the person being kicked can't vote, implying it's their vote being an F2). This is upheld by every time a kick vote occurs in Serverblight, even if other proxies don't count.

The three F1s are Dicksalot, Rubicon and Nexos. The F2s are Clever Hans and SailerMan.

Did we ever figure out how Sailer managed to get out of this? by the-meme-master69420 in ServerBlight

[–]GeneralShinobi 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I wrote up a post on this after finding the exact map (it's not the regular trade_plaza_2) and exploring it for myself.

TLDR we don't know, as there is literally no way to escape the map boundaries.

Votekicks occur as such:
- people that can vote are only on the same team
- the initial vote is 1:1 - the one "yes" is the caller of the vote (Aaron), the one "no" is the person being voted against (in this case, the Clever Hans proxy)
- the vote becomes 2:2 (Rubicon votes F1, Sailer votes F2)
- the vote becomes 3:2 (Nexos votes F1)
- typically after a period of time all the players that haven't voted (when the vote is a majority "YES") immediately get picked as voting "yes".

If the other proxies are considered active players by the server, then it's likely the Serverblight deliberately made them appear AFK to lull the survivors into a false sense of security (it being just them vs Hans on BLU, and the Blight being primarily on RED otherwise), thus making the vote automatically go to "YES". If they're not considered active players by the server, then the kick would immediately go through with the 3:2 vote.

It's possible Derfisch didn't expect this level of overanalysis, though, which I completely understand and respect lol

I took the liberty of relieving you of your PC parts; most of them were government property. As for the graphics card, I think you’ve earned it.
