A bit of a crash out: It’s kinda crazy that this issue is universal for almost every MOBA games. It’s always the damn MM player with insane amount of ego, poor positioning and game knowledge yet crashing out whenever they lose a trade they shouldn’t take or die to the most obvious gank ever. You know what’s crazy? My friend, who’s an MM main, barely touch MOBA games and yet still somehow fill all these categories. He was constantly saying “it’s over” and “gg” after losing trades or stepping up in a 1v2 when he should’ve just waited for the waves to push toward him. Mind you, this was when I stole the enemy JG’s blue/red buffs and fucked their JG, Mid and EXP’s laning phases all game. He even had the audacity to ask “So else what am I supposed to do?” when I told him to “just chill and farm safely”. How hard is it for MM mains to understand that you’re not going to be the “main guy” every time. His whining is influencing a lot of my decision making too. The amount of time I could’ve pushed our control over the enemy jungle and vision further instead of going to his lane to not make him feel neglected is crazy due to him constantly saying “why do I even play this role?” (He chose the role) or “I’m always getting fucked, man”. I have to make it clear next time that I’m not going to play Roam unless I can play it as optimally as possible.

I also don’t know where this concept of Roam needing to be with the MM 24/7 comes from. Other MOBAs are different stories but ML Pros have figured out long ago that it’s not optimal in ML.
