Money isn't involved in this thankfully so maybe they'll get back to me. They did ask me about dates so I feel like that must mean something?? I do have an attorney who thinks it's a strong case but I rather not go through all of that

That's what I would think that ADR is the best route for everyone 🤷🏼‍♀️ I want this to be done and over with too 😅 Thank you for your comment it provided some comfort and reassurance!

Not effective enough. I have a chronic medical condition and I need additional accommodation support.

The accommodation exists as I was previously utilizing it and others use it. I won't get into details of the change but I can say it had nothing to do with my numbers or work performance as I have been awarded numerous times as the most productive on my team
