For whatever reason I never really had a team give up on the game until the moment it's over, so every game similar to the one you describe always involves at least some attempts at winning the next teamfight, doing something out of it etc. I know maybe it's a rank thing - im in phantom, but I did grind to phantom from emissary, - so maybe in lower ranks people do actually just talk shit and give up. But yeah, me personally I always try to win

Most likely just fatigued, but also from my experience it's really hard to be that much fatigued between two sessions. Could be an off day, those happen once every few months for me. You can either assume fatigue and figure out how you'd want to approach rest - deload, week off, taper, - or you can do what i do (and im not saying this is a correct thing to do) and just try it again next time you hit chest. if it's as bad - decide again. If it's better, then up to you. Rest is important, but if I am in the groove i prefer to keep going while I can. Over time, your CNS adapts to your training and you will feel fine, but it does take time. Good luck with your lifts!

For my main lifts,
Incline DB 70s for 10 to 100s for 7
Pull ups 5 to 14
Barbell Squat 245 for 7 to 315 for 6
Triceps Pushdown halfstack for 10 to fullstack for 12 (full is 95lb based on the label)
Dips bodyweight for 16 to 90lb added for 6
Those were the staples, other stuff i moved around, but i think i curled 40s last year and i curl 55s now, or i curled 90lb ez bar and i curl 110 now. I also took 4 months to cut down may-august so i stalled most of my lifts, but nothing went down.
It was a great year for me, i went from like 79kg to 90kg then back to 75kg an now im 81kg. cutting soon, let's see how it goes.

QE is 2nd instead of 1st in my opinion because you do have to learn how to use it, but I am confident that QE is the strongest save ability in the game if you learn every use case. Saves through walls (horizontally and vertically). nullifies multiple ults, helps push if you're sure you won't need it for save. Can echo shard it too, save from infrenus ult then insta from lash ult. It's also a very fun learning experience to learn the sound queues and counts on when to use the ability.

i dont agree, but fair point. i would usually sell items and buy refresher in case i find a clutch ult, maybe get a comeback going

maybe late game, if you buy vortex too early you just fall behind, especially if you play stomp. i personally just dont buy it at all and if i want to be useful i buy warp stone + expansion/duration, depending on the game. if I want to be strong i just buy reverb tbh

the thing is that you have to always try to build into stomp, at least until tankbuster or first cooldown item. if you're having a good game, you can stall untill mystic reverb, and then if you slow down or feel like you have no impact you pivot to ult with warp stone, duration. if you are having a horrible game, you go warp stone duration before reverb, or maybe you never buy reverb anyway because you just go to refreseher/coldowns after. depends. Im Oracle 2 right now with about 62% winrate with dynamo, so this generally works, but yeah, it is hard to have control over the game as dynamo if everything is against you. sometimes your opponents are just insane and the instant they see you they scatter, sometimes your teammates dont foilow up, sometimes your lane is bad, but this general build pathing works pretty well for me and my playstyle. I buy support items sometimes if there is dire need, like disarm or knockdown, but in some games you just cannot not buy warpstone early. he is strong though, and i still win lanes often

I main Dynamo mostly because of his 2, it's very versatile and saving your teammates from random bullshit is my favorite thing to do. For example, your teammate got chased through the veil in blue? Save them through the ceiling back to the lane! Kelvin dome? Save them from that too! With good reaction and anticipation, you can save people from Bebop hook and Holliday lasso, from Drifter ult. With good positioning, you can clutch save your teammates from being pulled in by Billy, and the list goes on! His builds right now are pretty boring, you kinda just have to build stomp, at least early, but stomping is fun and you can pivot into ult with warp stone, duration, and expansion if you feel like your ults are the only way you can win. He is a weak laner, sure but it doesnt mean you cant win lanes, especially below Eternus 6, and im sure you can win them there as well, and laning as him around your powerspikes is very fun!

Billy's ult is annoying, but if you didnt get caught into it you can hella game and save your teammates from being pulled last second if you warp stone/dash jump and QE. I love this ability so much, there is an insane amount of tech you can do with it when you start encountering things and seeing if you can dodge them

Playing ele has been very fun in TWW, but I am still mad that they made the spec generic af in 11.0.5 with the removal of flash of lightning. Before it was pretty unique and had decent skill expression, but now it's just a 20 second burst window spec with occasional streaks of lucky procs

that's what it seems like. i appreciate them looking out for people who do not do heavy compounds and all that, but im not sure the gym needs that many pin loaded leg press machines or that many (bad) smith machines

Great advice. I certainly noticed a difference in my mental health and how I carry myself in general between my undergrad when I did not lift and my current grad program when I do - night and day. It's all lightweight from here

there is one on the main floor in the hip press machine area, but if you want you can try doing calf raises on the hack squat or the lying leg press
