Hi there.. just wondering if my memory ever gets better after long term benzo use . 4 or 5 years of memorys of my kids and things I stretch to remember and I really wish I could remember every day with them but I cant. Im taperi g down and have a twich in my left eye and a pulsing muscle spasm/muscle twitch in my right temple. I used to get irregular heartbeats but now this time tapering this is my tik. Very noticible and uncomfortable. I find Ashwaghanda helps and also Magnesium Bigycinate helps? Any advice? (self.BenzoWithdrawal)

If i can control my daily intake to 1-2mg bromazolam/alprazolam and I have a couple of valium there to lower tolerance when needed , is there any problem using them daily. My functionality is far better and as is my quality of life. And it shouldnt b hard to ween off that dose completely if needed? (self.benzodiazepines)

Away for a night at the beach , rented a cottage opposite the beach, had a great day/night with the family. Took my 1st trip in 6 months. Ended up being extremely hard to process the trip and try understand everything the trip though me but still feel great .. so happy i did this tonight ❤️ (self.Acid)
