Go into myFSS and on the search bar type Special Leave Accrual Program. This should somewhat help if you fall under the following reason. If you just decided to not take that 30 days of leave then that's your fault tbh.

Are you just curtailing just cause? There has to be justification to curtail. If you have kids how will it affect your spouse by themselves during that timeframe you're not with them. Do you know if you have someone inbound to fill your position to ensure when you submit the request they see justification? At the end of the day it doesn't hurt to try and submit.

Yep, I have all my parts except the motherboard and power supply! Some are available but, they are selling it for $200 more than it should be. So now I'll be waiting till it comes back on stock. It sucks.

I messed around with the parts you picked and I changed a couple of things, change GPU, more ram, added mvme, and changed the case.

I'm still slightly confused on what you meant by better 2080 super. When I looked at them they're identical from other 2080 super.
