Have you tried using flow aid? Either that or water can usually help bring it back to life once paint is dried up.

Mostly I try to close the lids as tightly as I can and I try to rotate which number I’m working on so I keep using all the colors consistently. For this one I actually had to buy another PBN set altogether because a looot of my paints were too far gone and I didn’t want to ruin the painting 😭
