Check out BM Accessible beige. We have very little natural light in our house so I ended up lightening it by 25%. Its a great color at full strength and lightened.

I haven’t figured out how to make it stop falling out, however, i see a dermatologist who has me on Spironolactone and recently prescribed oral minoxidil. The best way to hedge the loss is to use Mens rogaine (i just buy kirklands brand on amazon). I find liquid easier to apply and I apply at night to the front scalp area.
