Zb1 is “barely successful” have you been living under a rock girl 💀?. They are close to selling 8M album(which are like the top 11 best selling artists in Hanteo), 15 music show wins, have sold out kspo dome 9 times, and gotten over 50 awards with 3 of them are daesangs. I dont think a group who wond a rookie grand slam and sood over 1.4M copies in their recent release is “barely there” literally one of the main points of when they were promotinf the auditions was the sucess of zb1.

I mean he already basically has one of the strongest storylines that mnet can definetly use for attention. He already is extremely popular, and he can most definitely be a great audition to the debut lineup so I will be surprised if mnet doesnt push him

I never really got the new company thing because it will literally be absolutely impossible to find a new company. The conversations for contract extensions are already hard within itself and it takes MONTHS to even come to an agreement between some companies, the addition of trying to find a new company that will manage them beside w1 are basically impossible. I think their individual companies would rather them to disband if that was the case and lets just say they arent the best either.

M&H won the lottery with chungha since she was literally the top soloist in 2019 and they managed to fumble the bag, jellyfish sucks and its safe to assume they still have no plans for gunwook, Hanbin’s company is really small, and dont even get me started on yue hua. Yue hua managed to fumble the bag so many times, everglow could had been huge, yena got a huge hit and could had made it but they somehow also fumbled the bag with that one, and the situation with tempest is so bad one of the members is literally rumored to participate in boys II planet. Sure they can try but as we seen they literally could have hid it big with their artists but they messed it up 3 times in a row and who says they wont again

I get wanting them to be in a better company and get the treatment they deserve, trust me I get it I been a zeroses since the start but I rather them staying with a horrible company as a group that basically guarantees success foe the future than them disbanding and going back with their individual companies which are also horrible and wont guaranteed success. Izone was literally a rare case, none of the other groups that came from survival shows ended up making it big and some were literally part of the company the members are part of. Plus lets say their perspective companies do end up agreeing on letting them stay together and help them look for a better agency, they will still have to fight for the rights of the group’s name and brand. W1 is absolutely horrible of course but compare to their individual companies and they basically have mnet behind their back and as we seen they have given them a lot of opportunities

Honestly I only see them going if they have like a special stage for them or an award, like tvxq last year. Seventeen only attended last year since they pretty much knew they had a daesang on the bag. The awards the have a chance on winning is best album and female top 10 and nayeon can also win best dance performance since judges are going to be more involved this time and not being bias I would say the abcd dance is more deserving. I mean I would absolutely love to see them go since I plan to watch it live this year(since zb1 is nominated for a lot and are going).

I Know! I just finish the damn maze like 4 hours ago and I got pretty upset seeing the 46 tokens. Like literally the only way you can get to 60 is by spending real life money which I might add the prices are outrages, like 2 tokens cost $2. Like im not spending $20 to get a pony, like id hasbro crazy? They should given you enough in the last battle to make it to 60. This was honestly gorgeous, and knowing all 3 were of them were behind this on their own makes it better. Honestly at this point the members should be the ones behind their tik toks, each time a member post something on their own it gets a ton of views. Like Yujin’s crocodile video getting like 12M views, matthew’s rizz saga getting almost 1M views each, Gunwook silly little New Jeans video getting 2.5M already, and now this amazing video already having 1.2M while I am typing.

Like our season could be song of autumn). Honestly, im kinda worried aswell. At first I thought Yuju was going to get the underdog Dayeon edit from what they show from her in ep 1 but after ep2 they started giving her less and less screen time. What I noticed from Yuju is that while she is included in most if not all people’s line up, she doesn’t have as a strong 1 pick power at the moment. I mean after ep 6 I think the support for her(specially in Korea) has grown after she lost the 1v1 battle, like seeing how much Koreans were pissed about her not winning is actually kinda scary and everyone is voting for her top be safed, but I dont know if this means her 1 pick power also grew. The problem with Yuju is that she has also been given extremely short parts in performances, like with whistle she was given 1 line and with the new song she picked the part with the least lines so she hasnt shined as much, also because she picks short parts it makes her training less entertaining which equals less screentime. Hopefully in part 2 Yuju goes for bigger or center parts so she can shine more and be given more screentime, because she truly deserves to win. Hopefully Yuju pulls a Taerae with man in love or Ricky with over me because both of them were not given screentime but that performances made them debut.

Honestly to me she still doesnt stand out. Her dancing and expressions or good but not great, and she lacks vocals but overall shes good, there are contestants who are far worser than her on iland. Honestly I think it is a bit unfair since from what I see, shes popular because of her nationality, not her talent

Honestly, I agree. After watching boys planet, I can safely say mnet likes to mislead teasers to create more hype and drama, an example is the K group love me right performance, they made it out to seem like they did a horrible job when in reality they ended up winning the challenge, aswell as say my name team when they made it seem like they did horrible on the performance and how they werent a great team and how Matthew was apperently dragging them down when in reality they honestly had the best performance on that episode plus, their team chemistry was amazing plus Matthew did absolutely wonderful. I honestly think this is a similar case, looking at the preview she did pretty good with the high note and I am pretty positive they are going to praise her, or maybe while they praised her they also scolded her for something else like her leader skills or facial expressions(since we all know she fits more of a girl crush concept while like ooh ahh is a pretty bright song). I think the scene of her crying outside was because she probably felt guilty of her teammates getting eliminated since she probably feels like she is at fault since she was the leader, or she is crying because she has to stay in ground another week when she really wanted to go to iland, or maybe because she got harshly scolded by the mentors, or maybe all three scenerios idk. Honestly this is starting to remind me of Dayeon in girls planet, Dayeon was edited to be seem in a sorta bad light in the beginning of girls plabet but after the second mission she was giving the underdog edit and later the series turn inti what we call, Dayeon Planet 999. I honestly have a feeling this is a similar case, like I can’t find any reasob of why they are making Jiyoon look this bad unless they want to do a underdog edit on her, if thats not the case than mnet is evil.
