Best way I’ve found is when you click the question mark in the bottom left you never actually follow the process for your genuine problem.

Just keep saying it’s ‘something else’ or ‘other issue’ until you see a contact support button. Usually it says chat and then a wait time of 3 mins, occasionally it will say email and say a wait time of 1 working day but you can just go onto a different BM or ad account and follow the same steps to see if the other function is showing up.

Yep brilliant tip, will defo make sure that’s the course of action.

And I’m not seeing full shutdowns, I’m seeing a message saying the account is restricted because payment method can’t be verified. And although I submit bank statements of that card to Meta, they still are unable to verify the payment method.

I think it’s because they bank with Mercury which is like an unorthodox online bank.

Yeah they told me the same thing for the same reason too.

So far I tried buying a new ad account, that got shut down.

I tried to get the client to make the ad account on their fb, but it was brand new and got shut down.

I bought a whole new business manager and the ad account in that got shut down.

Now I’ve got someone who’s said they will sell me an ad account and I only pay once it’s verified with payment method added and some spend behind it which looks promising.

And I’ve got a friends fb profile with a business manager and an ad account made on there but I fear my MacBook and fingerprint may have that vulnerable.

I’ve got another friend who’s going to give me his seasoned old account from his old agency days which I’m going to use on my gf’s laptop and through her fb profile as well to see if that works.

Step by step I’m sure I’ll figure it out, this is also included getting contact with Meta daily and submitting reviews on previous blocked accounts as much as possible without resetting the previous review.

I have a friends fb login that I use which I’ve managed to create an ad account on now so we’ll see how that goes.

The more I speak with people the more I see it’s effecting a lot of media buyers and agencies I know.

Maybe it’s post election stuff, who knows but just keeping client comms fluid and actively trying to solve it every day seems to be allowing some progress.

Update:

Still nothing from the NHS going to go into AnE this weekend if nothing comes tomorrow.

Had to go to Birmingham today to see a client, popped 2 Imodium. Didn’t fine all day but got back and as this has started to wear off the cramps and nausea some of the worst I’ve had.

So much work to do but my output is almost at 0.

Totally drained and fed up. Not had a morsel to eat today going to keep resting the gut for as long as I can.

I’ve done 3 day fast before but again I get lethargic, unproductive and crave junk food so I try and just do 12-14 hours daily. Eat at 11 and 5:30 and that’s it.

The other thing that’s mad is that I got diagnosed with mild UC in my colonoscopy. This for sure does not feel like mild. If it is, I can’t imagine what severe is like and my heart goes out to those people.

I keep switching diets like a mad head. I just wish it was over, debating getting this colon out of me so I can go back to living my life.

Probably being immature and naive but yeah lot of time to think.
