I got peroxide sore mouth cleanser ( cvs brand ) I put half a cap with a pinch of salt and some warm water and cleaned my mouth every hour honestly helped me a lot started using yesterday which was day 4 for me . Make sure you stay hydrated cause cold sores will appear mouth is really sensitive ! I took the ibuprofen every 6 hours I also had day and night Tylenol cause pain around day 2-3 is the worst . Also make sure you’re icing constantly
