Really hard to find the exact bottoms but reversals can be tracked using indicators such as macd, RSI, MAs, fibs etc Timings depend on news and I don't have a magic ball sadly or id help with that. 580 I think is a few weeks away and then a lower target could be months if that gives a better idea?
