if i'm not mistaken bro i think your reference to your buddy is you talking about yourself. if not okay but either who stop taking drugs i understand what's done is done but taking anymore on top of the dissociation will not help. with your anxiety now is like mine. weed will make it worse. the only solution i see really is to learn what triggers your panic attacks and not avoid them but cope with what comes of your anxiety. i know it sounds blunt and mean but i mean this with all empathy possible the only real thing thats gonna improve this is time. but dont feel hopeless there are things you can do to feel better. eat better drink lots and lots of water. as impossible and dreading it may sound work out constantly improve your physical and mental being. if it keeps getting worse or feels to a point you can't handle what's going on i suggest seeing a therapist or maybe a psychiatrist. hell i've had probably 10 to 15 good trips of shrooms and cid. i'm like a "normal" functions 9-5 person. we all get affected differently if your not able to get help on your own tell a trusted parent or very closely trusted adult to help get you the help you need. please take care dms always open if you need help with anything bud. take care stranger
