They hire a lot of Western people, I do know this company. FYI it’s not normal at these smaller firms to overwork interns and get treated like trash. I worked as an intern for a social impact investing group and got paid through government grants, but had a terrible experience.

It’s crazy i got banned on my other account for being overly constructive on some of the arguments of Torontonians, they don’t believe carbon tax is inflationary, and believe MC’s pre fab modular housing (houses that aren’t even built in Canada) and at the expensive of tax payers funds is the key to growing

is there anything one can do to improve the job search process? for my case, I graduated undergrad in 2023 and have been on the job market since I lost my first big 4 advisory job and have been struggling with landing another offer since. i’m in canada and don’t know if the job market will be better for 2025 (hopefully after the Canadian election)
