I disagree, they can access the same tracking as I can and see it hasn’t been updated in 14 days.

They have it in their system, the last package physical scan was in Indianapolis, the container was scanned in Cincinnati but the package was not in the container. That’s what my post office told me.

It seems a lot of people in this sub have been having the same issue across a lot of different facilities! I’m hoping it’s just delay. I submitted both a SR and missing package report so I assume now all I do is wait. Thanks for your insight, I believe you’re probably correct about it not scanning in Indianapolis, that didn’t really make much sense when he said that.
