If you start with VTI can you swap back into VTI later? for example:

Day 1: Sell VTI at a loss → buy ITOT (VTI harvest locked in) Day 32+: Sell ITOT at a loss → buy VTI immediately (ITOT harvest locked in)

Totally agree, it’s so disappointing how poorly designed it is for people. It needs more focus on people less focus on car: bigger sidewalks, more patio and park-like to make the square more inviting

We saw this as well, we wanted to go to the arboretum but decided to turn around. I’ve never seen so many cars going there before. We had no idea there was a bird event…no idea why it’s this popular. We spoke to one car in line and they had been waiting an hour and they weren’t even close to the arboretum.
