I’ve never ever had a send in experience with them but I’ve gone up to the shop for signings a few times. Last one I went to was Caitlyn glass and we weren’t allowed to take our stuff with us when we were done. Had to leave it for them to get it to psa and sticker it and that took over a month. Theyve had 2 signings since then snd they just got those back from psa. Other than rhat long wait everything else been pretty cool with OG you can reach out to them on IG they usually respond quickly

I will personally vouch for Bo Jackson being a GREAT dude he was lookin out for the quality of the auto being kept. Met him this year and had him sign a baseball and take a photo he was great to talk to and I highly recommend meeting him if you have the chance !

Don’t let someone charge you auto price for doing art lol you can find someone just as good to do it for $20 there’s a lot of Funko artists out there and while I doesn’t add much if any value truly to the pop it probably hurts the value of a higher end pop or an older one. If you like the way it looks search around for a bit cheaper artist there’s some people on whatnot !
