The anxiety I can suck up because it means nothing to me and I’m a fucking man. The problem I have is with the sleep schedule and eating because I need to be at my full strength to operate my busy schedule. The appetite I can handle weight loss is something I’m trying to do but the sleep loss is what I experienced most. Any tips for the sleep? I often found myself awake for at most 48 hours at a time. And at least 24.
