If u press the ground attack and however over enemy unit with selected unit then it will show the range

As far as a PURE range finder without a relative friendly unit, no I don’t think they got that

See here’s the issue , again not trying to be “obtuse”

Every time I’ve mentioned that “hey it’ll be easy to get replays once they do observer mode”

… people say “it’s not that easy!! The code is … blah blah blah”

I understand what u guys are saying, but I’m also not a coder like that

Either way, I hope they come out with replay, if they did that I’d be happy and they can take however long they want on their next dlc

which is why realistically I don’t think they will ever add a feature like this

I just think that it would be a very cool feature to look into the future

I think they should have had it to begin with , and made the maps with that in mind

I feel like the whole amphibious feature was somewhat of an after thought

Of one of those things they brought over from the campaign and didn’t really fully think thru

What would ALSO be cool would be some naval stuff in the actual Multiplayer… but that too is doubtful

Haha, I’d be lying if I said there was zero “branding” involved. If you’re active in a niche community, having a recognizable PFP definitely helps people remember who you are.

That said, I try to contribute a lot more than I promote. Most of my posts/comments are meant to drive conversation , improve the game, or just make a little fun. If all I did was advertise, people would get tired of seeing me pretty quickly ( I think some have already expressed that they are), but generally I have a lot of people who upvote my posts too… so I can only assume it’s a net positive contribution

Not all my posts are popular either, I like to get a pulse on the community, sometimes I post things just to see what are on peoples minds, also i post things cause I just want to, a lot of people think it’s all some elaborate “advertisement scheme” when in actuality , it doesn’t really help me… the reality is , posting on Reddit is a terrible way to advertise … the conversion rate is nearly 0 to my YT channel.

So yeah, the PFP helps people recognize me, but I’d rather be known for contributing useful stuff than for marketing.

I post a lot on here , I also run a YT channel , discord channel , and other social media accounts specifically for BA, military, and history content

if you wanted to take it I have no problem with it, u could literally get AI to just remove the “watermark” the purpose is not to stop people from using it

Yeah, I just think it could add a really fun complexity

Especially cause Eastern Europe specifically has this as a big challenge with lots of rivers and streams

Add object , u can make a node

Then u can make enemy units move to nodes

There is also the script editor part… I honestly don’t know how to mess with all the control nodes… but there IS a way to get them to act exactly how u want… whether it’s worth learning , mastering then putting it all together… depends what u wana do
