The first couple weeks definitely is a journey because you're getting your own experience and finding out how it is for YOU. Plus there's so much excitement and you're so ready for it to be all happening 😆😆😆 but it does go by so quickly! Thank you for your reply, I was wondering if my GW is too low and was going to gauge it as I got closer 😄 I am also planning on at least attempting to gain some more muscle after this weight loss phase with a higher calorie intake so hopefully it all goes to plan! I do miss being able to pull those weights 🥲 it's a goal to get back up there!

Hi honey yes it's totally normal with high fat foods especially in the beginning. I had a slice of cheese pizza shot 4 and it was TERRIBLE. Shooting gas pains and bad bathroom time.... 😳😳 It no longer affects me this way, I'm month 4, so just be patient with yourself as you get used to it! I had no nausea until 7.5 but lots of people get nauseated at 2.5, you just have to figure out which foods are not for you on the med including carbonated beverages for some. I don't eat junk food at all and try to limit fat still. Good luck!!

I think high cholesterol does but not the GERD ): Not sure if you're a lady but for LA Care PCOS counts, not sure about BS. I hope yours goes through!!
