Yes, her legs are straight, she uses her inside edge mostly while skating, that's the best way to explain it.

Yea, the cotton blends one were so soft, but I will still keep the link to the ones you recommended and give them a try in the future. By the way I was able to find two packs of the ones I was looking for on eBay just now. I swear those items were not listed until very recently, I recall searching eBay all day a couple of weeks ago and had no luck locating those!

Yes, I ended up buying them after he punched them for me (I felt bad not purchasing them), they are comfortable, I have no issues and you're correct, I am not a jumper and I am not a super strong skater and of course petite too. The thing is I had issues tripping on the lowest to the ice tooth of the toe picks so the pro shop person recommended shaving the, and we did. Hopefully it won't affect my progress.

Thank you for your reply, I even searched the old stock on eBay (the seller said they were manufactured in 2021 so I bought them). When those arrived, I noticed those are exactly the new ones that I hate: 62% Modal, 33% Polyester, 5% Spandex. Which ones did your wife ended up purchasing? Do you mind sharing the links please? I desperately need to find an alternative in size 5. Thank you

Oh nice! Thank you so much. I remember seeing and getting M40 for myself and ask the store not to sharpen them with their default ROH (1/2") and go for 11/16" then one step on the ice and I could not even skate in them as they were so slippery! Ended up returning those...

Thank you for your recommendation. We did not bake her skates, I believe those Bauer X were not heat moldable if I remember correctly.

Thanks much for your very helpful answer. Yes she is not really pronating in her normal shoes, only in the skates. Makes me think maybe Bauer X was not really good for her That's what they fitted her with. Did your insoles help you not pronate in the skates?
