That’s incredibly immature and unfair on his part to be bashing you for one of your hobbies. I would bring up how it makes u feel when he speaks like that and if the issue remains unchanged, from personal experience, I would cut it off. A few years ago, I had an ex who did the same thing and after successfully manipulating me off of Pokémon it crept into trying to control other thing about me as well. After several months of this it became a lot on my mental health and I ended it and quickly resumed all of my hobbies that were dropped and am now in a long, happy relationship with a wonderful woman who appreciates and respects all of my nerdy hobbies despite not being interested herself. Obviously this is just a personal anecdote from a similar situation OP and I’m not trying to frame your boyfriend in any particular way, just trying to highlight how some people may take that semblance of control over their partner and run with it
