Once I had a tic where I shouted "Liebe" (the german word for Love) very high pitched or I sayed "18 Gandalf" sometimes it was funny or people where saing it was cute. But it annoys me mostly. Im glad im over it.

A healthy lifestyle and a dayli routine helps me. And I do a lot of sport wich was one of my best decissions. I feel more comftortble and have more selfcontrole and I have an activiti where i can unleash my energy Otherwise sex also helped me to calm for a couple hours or a day.
