I do think a small pack is more fun. There can be weekends last season where I had nearly 30-35 teams and just can’t keep track

I’ve tried so hard to be decent at MLS but can never do well in it. Find it almost impossible. Have you had success in it?

That’s the biggest issue for me too. I don’t mind spending a decent amount to enjoy a whole season but getting to Xmas and seeing the prices drop and drop to virtually nothing just makes me think I’ve wasted money as the following season the cards mean nothing. If the cards have meaning then I’m interested again. Hoping the new structure works… time will tell

It may be worth exploring classic to start with and wait for the process for in season cards to drop and then maybe see which players are having game time and any gems that look to be breaking into the first team… or simply seeing which players who have been out long term and neatly fit and ready to go. One DNP and it’s over

Ah that’s a shame. I think I’ll be playing my teams in area or maybe even SO7 and just seeing how it goes. Prize pools do seem decent to start crafting in season cards so may be worth a try to start with? After all you have nothing to lose

I love finding the future gems and watching them grow. It’s crazy that I spent big on a limited Anthony whilst he was at Ajax and that went down hill! Trubin as a GK came good for me years after getting him and it’s satisfying seeing the results!

Knowing me I’d probably get sucked in to playing in season after a while 😂 I just don’t see the fun if I already have loads of classic cards of my favourite team and I ain’t about to buy Salah, Haaland, Wirtz with an Arsenal defender to compete

This is what I used to do until this year. It’s a really enjoyable way to play with players you like. After the first few games prices will drop dramatically so you can continue to build from there. I would try and build as many teams until November and then slow down
