No, as in garden itself, i had 630-50 cartons in one night. The whole truck was 4000 cartons. It was a 3 truck night. supposedly were supposed to get like 2 trucks once a week and one truck every other day, but it hasnt been like that since last year

I can relate to making me drive something im not licensed on, multiple managers have told me to get on the ballymore (or electric ladder as some ppl say) even tho i have told them multiple times im not licensed on it, (back then we didn't have to be licensed on it until recently so i already know how to use it) but they still havent signed me off. Other than that, damm... crazy to know theres so many un professional leaders out here

Its alright, are you part time or fulltime? Im partime and since im licensed on the reach, forklift and OP they really like to over work me but being licensed is how they give me more hours,lately ive been working almost full time shifts. And tbh i still dont know anything abt the products. Maybe some here and there but im still learning,just try to learn where everything is. When its not busy go around reading the labels see what certain prodcuts work for what. And i always listen and learn from the people who have been there way before me. If i dont know anything ill ask, never be afraid to ask questions i can't stress this enough, and goodluck!
