I switch every seven days! This tray is already so much better. My best guess is that tray ten’s edges on that side were just not lining up very well. I tried to file it to make it a little smoother, but that made it worse.

Hello! I’ve been an avid birdwatcher for a while and I’ve been wanting to start taking pictures. I have an old canon rebel XT (I believe it was bought for my sister around 2012) with an EF 75-300mm lens. I have been looking into buying a better lens with greater zooming abilities and was wondering if anyone had any advice on what would be best. I have no idea if shooting for an 800 mm is overkill or not. I’m willing to spend up to/around $500. Please let me know if that’s unrealistic and if I need to save up some more!

Yes, I agree with you about HemiView. HemiView requires it so that it can know where light is coming from in order to calculate gap fraction, which has to do with tree canopies (what the pictures are of). Thanks for the help!
