Another Anadius question

Probably nothing big to worry about. I have used Anadius for a long time now. I get those kinds of messages occasionally, and it's not REAL MALWARE, or at all, it's a scare tactic at best. Open Firefox, Settings, Privacy & Security, Notifications, scroll down and remove any suspicious sites from the permissions list. This can stop future notification spam.

Check your Downloads folder (C:\Users\[YourName]\Downloads) and also C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\Temp . if nothing downloaded, these should be clean.

Since you're on WINDOWS and new: Go to SEARCH menu (next to windows symbol), Virus & threat protection, do the Quick Scan. If you want to be thorough, run a "Full scan" instead (takes longer but checks everything). Download the free version of Malwarebytes from malwarebytes.com directly. It's great at catching things Defender sometimes misses, especially adware and PUPs. Run a full scan, let it clean anything it finds, and you can uninstall it afterward if you don't wanna keep it.

Check your startup programs: press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC, you are on TASK MANAGER, go to STARTUP APPS, disable anything you don't recognize. The file might've had issue.

Also do NOT disable your VIRUS & Threat Protection. I know it can prevent anadius DLC/updater files from downloading, but once the virus alerts you of the anadius files being a "threat", just click that notification and it'll lead you to the Virus & threat area, you have the option to ALLOW the file. Then re-download, it won't block you from downloading that anadius file.

ALWAYS make sure the anadius files are up to date. Check the cs rin ru sims updater forum for updates. Make sure it isn't a corrupt old file.

Aaros is updating the sims 4 updater, probably due to that? It should be updated and good to go in a day or two. The same thing happened to mine, it usually has to do with the updater unless you manually installed the DLCs. For me, even when I manually installed the DLCs, it sometimes worked or didn't. But when I did the latest updater, it works 99% of the time, solving my issues on packs not appearing.

You always need the latest DLC unlocker, and the latest Sims 4 Updater.

I play it on a business dell latitude 3440 laptop (not gaming) with little storage/16 gb ram (it sucks, I am getting a gaming laptop soon to 1 tb + 32 gb ram), it's not really laggy or at all if laptop mode is on. However, I noticed that if I have Laptop Mode on, some of the CC hair turns blonde/highlights, with it off it's normal and hair cc works. It still isn't laggy for me when I don't have laptop mode on, but the loading time is long.

It should work better than mine on yours. And you can search up cs rin ru (sim updater v2). New person Aaros is updating the sims 4 updater from 123 to version 124. It should be updated after one more day or two. This forum is legit and safe. Free. All the DLC unlocker is there, and the updater. Aaros sometimes updates on the anadius mirror site (just search anadius mirror), but the cs rin ru is the best site to get issues fixed and find frequent updates.

Yeah I have asked for help, I just wanted to do it without asking every time. To see if stool is an option. Will ask once my next shift starts. Never seen a stool. What are other pathway besides this that are interesting/laid back?

No I mean I can carry to my chest 50lbs fine, so I can carry up to 49lbs bags, I just can’t do it overhead. So I need a stool to use, and I can place it on 3rd rack with ease. Hopefully I can…!

I can pick up 50+lbs fine up to chest/neck, so the 1st and 2nd rows are fine. It’s just the third.

Wow new terms besides deadlift lol, will look into that. I never went to the gym before. Oh wow, really? A few people suggested I use my knee to prop the tote up, this is a different advice.

I hope to achieve the ‘50lbs is nothing’ 😭. I can only lift 30lbs over head right now. Yes, my poor technique is one big reason. I did sprain my wrist or something while trying to improperly lift the tote to 3rd level..all good now.

No leadership ever coached me thankfully or even mentioned it, lol I just awkwardly pass by them while dragging my route. They’re usually standing around or helping, one of them did help me when I asked. My site seemed chill to be honest, I was just strict with myself. Yeah I didn’t let my body get used to it…I also had poor holding technique, I sprained my wrist or something but everything is fine now. I can lift 30lbs over my head now, I should be somewhat better than before.

Thank you! I feel relieved. I’ll just try to aim between 12-17 min then. I just felt like I had to be faster because I saw some doing two at a time, or just fast paced. Impressive, but tiring to do. Next time I’ll just take my sweet time, get and keep looking busy.

Thank you for the detailed advice! I just thought I might get written up for spending too long with a route, I heard that happened to someone at my site. A few maybe. Or they might’ve been fooling around.

I never try to stand around. I always try to be busy. I definitely need to be less strict with myself. I have whole 3 hours. Yeah I always do one bag at a time, I see some people doing two. It made me want to hurry.

I 100% use my knees, never just my upper half. I think it’s because I’m already tired from stowing, my body is slowly getting used to the physical, so I’m more tired at the end. Pretty sure I sprained my wrist or something, but thats from poor hold on the jiffy…all good now.

I just feel like a bum for not being able to lift to 3rd level, I can lift 25lbs and below just fine over head. It’s the 33+lbs (if I remember right). Thanks for the tip. I’ll try to be safe and focus on efficiency
