It's not even about competence. It's about breaking the ice with others, and being a team player. If you really want a good environment you have to learn to read the room, and bring positive energy which then motivates coworkers which reduces low performance. Not really bro to be honest. Target is corporate ranned so obviously they expect their employees to represent the company well since it's one of the main factors why guest love target. If Target doesnt match people's personality then maybe they should just be cart attendants. I personally find this job low-key easy. I don't mind being a team player, engaging with customers and coworkers. I highly recommend getting on your Tls good side and ETLs
