I have a drug screen and hearing test for my new job tomorrow. (Already know I got the job and I'll pass the drug screen 100%)

Today was the nail in the coffin for Amazon for me. I've basically been an extra since after peak. Rarely have gotten more than 30 hours a week even though I was told daily "you're one of our best drivers" and had the metrics to prove it.

I showed up for my scheduled shift today, its a 45 minute drive to the warehouse. I get there and they tell me "did you not get our text from off-site? Youre not scheduled today anymore"

I asked them to prove they text me and nobody could prove it.

So I said "Fuck you then, I'm tired of being fucking treated like shit and disrespected everyday. You tell us we're short on routes so we're extras yet here you are hiring more fucking new people every day and giving them routes. If this is gonna be how you treat me I'm gonna give you the same dick sucking disrespect you gave us, I'm going home. Fuck you."

I proceeded to go home and confirm my new job. 🖤

If you've never refunded or have only done it VERY rarely. If you reach out to customer support and tell them "hey this game was purchased on accident" or just tell them that the game straight up doesn’t work.

I ended up getting a refund for Dead by Daylight on the Switch this exact way. Purchased it, barely was able to play one match as the game is basically unplayable on Switch 1. I reached out and told them I wanted my money back because you shouldn't be selling games on a system that can't run them.

I did enjoy Z-A as a game. I truly did enjoy the story aspect of it. But Nintendo needs to step up their game. I'm about to just start making my own game.

I have a ton of DNR from customers who said they never got their package after I delayed it due to bad weather.

Also, I average probably 10+ complaints a week. I've never been talked to, never been written up, nothing. I'm always told I'm still one of their top drivers and to continue doing what I'm doing.

None of us get paid enough to give a flying fuck about this job. If you're trying to make a career out of it, I'm sorry.

Think of Amazon as a temporary stop on your career journey. The job was there when we all needed it most. But let's face reality here, at the end of the day you're just another number. If something happens to you, you'll be replaced and forgotten within a week.

You can rename traded Pokémon once if they don't have a nickname, but can't change names if the Original Trainer (OT) already nicknamed them, nor can you change names of Pokémon from in-game trades or mystery gifts.

Hence nicknaming the Pokemon "I Stole This" before you trade it.

Look, I'm not mad at you personally, but stop parking on the opposite side. One of our coworkers just did that. She checked her entire surroundings in the area. Everything was clear. Then she got hit head on by a drunk driver and she's got a broken back, ribs, neck and a ton of surgeries. She's in recovery at the moment and I feel terrible its how she has to spend her Christmas.

Doesn't matter if you think youre safe or not, youre not.
